Anxiety is a disease that expresses a person's anxiety about the presence of a danger to himself, whether this danger exists or not, and the cause may be known or the cause unknown. We have divided the types of anxiety into three types:

1- Generalized anxiety disorder.

2- Panic disorder.

3- Social anxiety disorder.
