Effervescent preparation and packaging

 Effervescent preparation and packaging

Wet method

This type of granules is called anhydrous granules because we do not use crystallization water to bind the powder to form the granule, but rather we use an aqueous alcohol solution .

It is watery because the granules must contain moisture even after drying. The granules are dried using the same smelting method. The wet method is relatively shorter in time because it does not contain water to dry.

Drying the granules is not random, but it must be careful in heating the granules at certain temperatures not in a traditional way because the liquid is a hydro-alcoholic solution.

Packaging

How can the effervescent be protected and the granules intact by containing effective materials efficiently?

Granules, powders and pharmaceutical industries have been packaged and packaged over time using paper envelopes full of defects that affect the effectiveness of the pharmaceutical industries and the effectiveness of the active ingredient by the influence of light, humidity and the surrounding environment as a whole interferes with the effectiveness of the product because of the paper packaging .

Paper bags and envelopes do not contain any property to protect the medicine from moisture, light, gases, heat or cold.

Despite its cheap price, it was not used alone in packaging, and other gelatinous or plastic materials or polymers were added to give it the ability to prevent contact with adhesive materials and prevent the entry of odors and light and its reflection.

Most importantly, it prevents moisture and environment interference in the activity and effectiveness of the materials, the bonding of the granules among themselves, and preventing their adhesion to each other and the occurrence of cake.
