• IgE drugs: Omalizumab, Rhumab-E25
• Mast cell stabilizers: Cromolyn, Nedocromil

mechanism of action (IgE):

1. IgE is an anti-allergy that is secreted by the body when a foreign particle enters the body, so the immune system behaves and releases this IgE as an immune response.
2.  It activates the mast cells and basophils and other histamines, and mediarot prepares them for receptors on the mediarot blood vessels to cause an allergic response.
3.  This drug works by stopping the IgE, so the histamine is locked in its original site and does not occur, so the immune response does not occur.

Uses:

1.  It is used to control asthma when it is not possible to control the disease through previous medications (it is considered the third line of defense). Which requires a specialist (subcotanouse).
2. It was discovered that it is a major cause of carcinogenicity in those taking this drug, so it was classified as a last step to treat asthma .

Side effects:

1. Pain in the joints.
2. malignant tumors of the second types 
3. Sudden allergic effects such as sneezing, heat and itching. 
4. Pain in the injection area. 
5. Perhaps irritation and this urge rarely.

contraindications :

• It is not currently used in the market because of its side effects and its carcinogenic effect .

A simple overview of mast cell stabilizers:

1.  It is not currently used because it requires a large number of daily doses, and this is not desirable for the patient. Because it requires high accuracy in memorizing dose times every 6 hours .
2. It is not used on the lungs as a bronchodilator, only as an anti-inflammatory response.
3. It is not useful at all in cases of serious asthma. 
4. Only at the beginning of the simple cases that are classified as mild presenting asthma.
5. It causes coughing and irritation in addition to its bitter taste.
