Definition
It is a clot that leads to a decrease in the amount of blood that is going to the side of the heart, in addition to the presence of an imbalance in the amount of demand, as the heart is asking for more oxygen than what is going to it, which results in ischemic heart failure.and die in some cases.
types :
there are two types ;
- angina pectoris,if it is not treated, it leads to death
- myocardial infarction
- there is no medicine for this case because the heart muscle is very tired and it must be in the hospital .
- A complete blockage of the coronary artery leads to the death of some areas of the heart due to insufficient blood supply and the continuation of this lack of oxygen leads to death ،

Angina:
It is a feeling of suffocation in the chest and the inability to breathe in the presence of pain, where the heart needs more oxygen .There are three types of angina pectoris , firstly :
stable angina,
which is the occurrence of a clot or hardening in the coronary blood vessel, and it is in a fixed, immovable place. If it moves, a clot may occur in the brain.
