Adrenergic
agonist part 2 (pharmacological action on – kidney , lung , liver , lipids -
,,, uses ,,, sid effect )
Pharmacological action of kidney
it is
found in the kidney renin enzyme involved as catalyst vasoconstriction from angiotensin ll at high doses just , act
directly on beta 1 receptor to reduce
out put of renal .
pharmacological action on lung
it act directly on beta 2 receptors that found in bronchial and bronchiole in the lung for patient at emergency cases , causes potent bronchodilator . such as gives dose amoxicillin for patient has penicillin allergy .
this is leading to enhance release histamine from immune cells (mast cell and basophile ), it triggers an immune response that cause sever bronchospasm and asthma .
the
epinephrine is inhibits histamine release and other allergy mediator from
parent cells .
pharmacological action on liver :
it is act directly on beta 2 and alfa 2 , it is a major reason for the hyperglycemic in glycogenolysis process in the liver , reduce release of insulin and increase glycogen (form of glucose there are release from pancreas to liver ) this is aslo rise hyperglycemia .
pharmacological action on lipids :
it act on beta 1 , beta 2 and beta 3
by process oxidation for glucose and convert the triglycerides to fatty acid by
hormone lipase .
USES:
uses non selective
drug on lung : treat
bronchospasm in emergency cases and anaphylactic shock .
uses on
heart : its treat cardiac
arrest in early stag of cardio cerebral resuscitation . stimulatory effect to
heart muscle .
used in
general as anesthetics as block for
ending nerve for example in dental surgery .
SID EFFECT :
Sleeping disturbance
, insomnia , continued expansion of the airway , tachycardia , headache , anxiety
, hyperglysemia (rare ) , arrithmia .
